'Vaanam Will Break the Barriers' – young super star

Bollywood often welcomes Mutli-starrer scripts, but often it is absent in Tamil film industry. Precisely because the egoistic clashes between the fans and on contrary will be ‘Vaanam’. The film offers substantialities for all the characters. SILAMBARASAN TO ROPE IN BOLLYWOOD

The announcement about Vaaliban going on floors was made some time ago, but there was no news about it afterwards. The latest buzz is that Silambarasan would commence this project next year. It will in fact go on simultaneously with Vettai Mannan, which the star announced recently. The photo shoot of this film is slated to be held in London soon. There are reports that Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor may be roped in to play STR’s arm candy. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the music and Anthony will be editing the film.

IT’S VETTAI MANNAN FOR SILAMBARASAN!

Silambarasan had disclosed that his next venture would be Vettai Mannan. The actor said that it will be directed by Nelson, a debut director, who also happens to be his friend. STR said that he was so impressed with the storyline when he heard it over phone that he asked for a script to be sent over. He added that the script was presented so well that he decided to star in Vettai Mannan.

Jai will play an important role in this film. There would be three heroines in the film and a Hollywood actress. Vettai Mannan, which is to be an action-comedy, will be shot in Chennai, United States and Mexico. Music for this film is by Yuvan Shankar Raja

SONIA AGARWAL, PRAKASH RAJ AND STR?

Effervescent actor Prakash Raj begins his work for his next movie Vaanam from Wednesday. Prakash was busy in Sandalwood as a director of Naanu Nanna Kanasu, a remake of Abhiyum Naanum in Kannada. He then got busy with his marriage to Pony Verma. He resumes his commitments again today with the shooting of Vaanam.

Prakash seems to be super excited to be working with director Krish and cinematographer Nirav Shah. He is looking forward to work with them, says our source. Vaanam's hero STR will also join the team once he completes his shoot for Poda Podi in London. It is also rumoured that Sonia Agarwal is also donning an important role in the movie. Her last film was Pudupettai which was released in 2006.
