‘VTV Isn’T So Special’ – Silambarasan

Expectation values are literally higher for Gowtham Menon’s ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya’. But there’s something we hear from lead actor Silambarasan as he says, “Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya isn’t a run-of-the-mill story as it is a simple family based romantic entertainer. But Gowtham has laid his trademark style of filmmaking with rich visuals and gripping screenplay. To be precise, VTV is almost alike his debut directorial ‘Minnale’….”

As mentioned earlier, the film is about an assistant director aspiring to make it big in film industry. However, when he falls in love with a Christian girl Jessie (Trisha), he’s ready to give up his big dreams for winning her love.

Gowtham Menon has planned to release the film for Valentine’s Day as the Grammy Awards has been slated to happen at the same time. Incisively, winning Grammy awards could bring more attention towards this film.
